Women's Ministry Director

Executive Pastor OR Operations Director
The Executive Pastor (or Director of Operations) will serve as a key partner to the Lead Pastor and Executive Leadership Team (XLT) in guiding Covenant Church toward greater ministry effectiveness and organizational health. This individual will be responsible for strategic planning, staff development, operational leadership, and implementation of church-wide goals. A passion for developing healthy systems and empowering people for ministry is essential.

Outreach & Young Adults Director/Pastor
The Pastor or Director of Outreach & Young Adults Ministries leads Covenant Church’s outreach efforts and ministry to young adults. This role exists to engage the church with our surrounding community through partnerships and service, while discipling and equipping young adults to live faithfully and missionally. The Pastor or Director will champion outreach, create service opportunities, and foster spiritual formation for emerging adults.
