Children's Ministry Director

Covenant Church is currently seeking to fill the role of Children’s Ministry Director, a position that plays a vital role in nurturing the spiritual growth of our youngest members. While the role is being advertised as a full-time position, we are also open to the possibility of splitting it into two part-time positions to better accommodate the diverse skill sets and availability of candidates. Our goal is to ensure that our children’s ministry is led by passionate, committed individuals who can create a vibrant, Christ-centered environment for our children.

Student Ministry Director
Are you passionate about helping students grow in their faith and discover what it means to follow Jesus? Covenant Church is seeking a Student Ministry Director to lead and disciple 6th-12th grade students through dynamic teaching, mentorship, and Christ-centered community. If you’re energized by working with teens, equipping volunteers, and creating a place where students feel known and loved — we’d love to hear from you!

Women's Ministry Director
We’re looking for a Women’s Ministry Director to inspire, equip, and lead the women of Covenant Church into deeper relationships with Jesus and each other. This role offers a seat at the executive leadership table, empowering women’s voices and shaping ministry for women of all ages and life stages.
